We started in 2022 to help our first customer optimize their back office. Using our proprietary technology, we integrated smart UX design and traditional machine learning to bring consistency and speed to claims processing operations, replacing the prior vendor and reducing the turnaround time from multiple weeks to just a couple of days. In 2023, we realized many other healthcare organizations could make use of this technology, so we expanded our team and began taking on additional customers.
As transformer models continued climbing the leaderboards of various benchmarks, we saw the potential for applying large language models to healthcare processes and started using this new technology to achieve an order of magnitude improvement in efficiency without sacrificing on quality. By coupling this technology with our team of clinicians, we created a platform that enables us to produce highly accurate results from any kind of healthcare data, covering the full range from structured electronic data to paper charts.
